HIPPIE HIDE AWAY

Ever since i moved up to this fantastic place i can't help but to feel a little lonely.

The only people i know here are my flatmates and an Ex (who im still friends with)

But this weekend my incredible friend came to visit me from the vally.

Words cannot discribe how happy i was to see her. Though she is gone back to her home now i just cannot be sad, we had an amazing time catching up together.

I feel so much better and not as down as i was before, even though the sun does always shine on sometimes its nice to have things to truly show it.

So keep smiling while that sun is shining on, hell, its just shining down all over us.

Well here i am at 11.31pm listening to music enjoying a cherry poptart (one of my favorite breakfast pastries) and i was wondering how every one was? I know i've been busy lately with the move and im sure evey one out there is going on about their lives but i was just wondering what was new? Also, i've noticed there not being much activity so i was wondering if you guys had and ideas to get this site going?

This is a beautiful place, i have only been here for about 4 days and i think it is fantastic. I wont lie, i am very home sick but so far i think i've met some pretty amazing people so help out along the way.

Music Thats right..

Have you ever heard of that? How many CD's do you own?

Before that how many tapes did you own?

And for those real dedicated folks haw many vinal records do you own?

And this one goes out to every one how many gigs of music do you have on your hard drive...?

A crap-ton right? Sure, there are a few people who may not have a 24 hour no-repeat playlist. And some people may not be big into music, but for the most part it is beyond an addiction.

i first realized this when i was in my room listening to some tune-age and then the song saw red by sublim; one of my favorite songs, came on so cranked it up. LOUD. and thats when it dawned on me.....

My ears hurt. I never really noticed it before but they were getting sore. so i decided to turn it down just a tad. No more soreness. But then something strange happened. I had this urge to turn it back up. Why was this? Now in my short period of life i have under me i have come to know what it feels like when a withdraw is coming on And then it hit me.

I am addicted to music. If it is good music, and I dig it, not only do I have to have the CD, but when I do, or when I hear the song on the radio, I have to play it as loud as possible. So do most people I know.

So I curious, how addicted to music are you?

I have just recently begana move to the lovely flagstaff arizona and though its very exciting

it has become very stessful, and extremely emotional.  Family is a huge deal for me and I will

be moving 5 hours away from them all. I'm uncertain of what to do. A part of me want to back

out of the new chapter begining in my life, but the other part is so ready to see what this

world has to offer. What about you guys? Any advice? Whats it like moving away from

a place that has been home you whole life?

Hello to you all! I am soo sorry for being MIA. My internet has been out and I was just now able to get to the library to get this message out. I hope you are all doing good. I am doing fine except for the internet thing. I don't know when it will be fixed but most likely a week or two. I will also be traveling back to Arizona around then too. So it looks like I will be a stranger here at the hideaway for a while. I hope some of you can pick up the ball and run like the wind for me while I am unable! Spread the LOVE and sew seeds of PEACE. This weekend was beyond spectacular. I spent it with 3 very amazing people.

Good music. Good friends. Good times. Great memories.

Its days like this when I know true happiness is real, and it doesn't take much.

It’s funny, I used to do this instinctively, without even thinking about it, you know?

But I stopped a couple months ago. Either the tunnels were too long, or I finally realized the futility of it.

Honestly, I hope it’s the former.
